Our price match promise assures you that we will match any like-for-like online price.

Please include a link / location to the product you have seen cheaper.

We will contact you when we have reviewed your claim with our verdict!

Our price match promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Prices are compared including delivery charges
• To price match, we must be satisfied that the goods in question are identical
• Our price match does not apply to goods offered on auction websites
• Our price match does not apply to special offers, discount vouchers, bundle pricing and promotions
• Our price match will not apply if the other retailer does not have the product in stock for immediate delivery
• Our price match does not apply to B Grade stock
• We do not price match with companies who are not listed and operate from within the UK
• Any decision to price match is at the discretion of the Bio Aquatek.
• We reserve the right to refuse any price match request.
• Under no circumstances do we have a legal obligation to price match.
